Grape Jelly on Rye (low caf coferment blend)Low caf shouldn't mean no fun. This coffee may be the opposite, as this is one of our most fun coffees yet! This coffee is a blend of mostly decaffeinated Swiss water coffee, blended with a grape co fermented coffee. The mix results in a coffee that tastes like a hearty rye topped with fresh grape jelly. The grape coffee is grown and produced by Brayan Alvear, a 19 year who is pushing the boundaries of what a coffee can taste like. TASTING NOTES:

And once you taste it
Cherries are picked at peak ripeness and are placed in sealed bags to ferment for 45 hours
They are then depulped and undergo a second fermentation in sealed bags for another 35 hours
