La Pépièrie Les Gras Moutons 2023Les Gras Moutons is a lieu dit on a windy, south facing slope in the Muscadet cru of Monnires Saint Fiacre, acquired by Marc Ollivier in 2006 and farmed biodynamically ever since. Fermented with natural yeasts, and aged nine months on the lees in underground cement tanks.
