シンガポールのデザイナー、テセウス・チャン（Theseus Chan）による雑誌『WERK』第13号は、ベルギーのアーティスト、ヤン・デ・コック（Jan de Cock）に捧げられた特別号。合板などを用い空間に介入する作家の彫刻的インスタレーションを、「印刷媒体で再現する」という試みに挑みました。ページにはランダムな長方形がくり抜かれ、めくるごとに変化する立体的な視覚体験へと誘います。側面は二色の紙で合板の積層を表現し、厚みさえも資材に合わせるなど、本全体がアーティストへの批評的な応答となった、彫刻のような一冊。
