I was thinking about the destructivity of my own bipolar cycles as I got the image in my head

but also a few short stories and fairy tales

The long sleeves feature some of my favourite paintings from the last few years

And I instantly saw the half formed shape of the reaper

People are fascinated with it

It's a series I'm very fond of

there’s something about his face that brings me back again and again

And in hindsight it may have been an early sign of questioning whether my own mask was just something I used to hide my depressions

And a lot of the mythmaking he stood for himself

Bergen is known as one of the rainiest cities in the world

The whole thing took maybe 3 minutes tops
