Normは、2011年に北イタリアの古書店で発見した、1972年頃の謎の企業の資料をきっかけに書体「Riforma」の制作を始めます。資料には「企業改革（Riforma）」のために制作された美しいロゴタイプや書体デザインが掲載されており、彼らは、この著者不明・名もない書体を現代のツールとして蘇らせ、実現しなかったプロジェクトへの敬意を込めて「Riforma」と名付けています。この書体は、スイス人アーティスト、フィッシュリ＆ヴァイスの作品集『800 Views of Airports』（2012年）で初めて使用され、その後2018年にLinetoよりフォントとしてリリースされています。
