NN (Wildflower)NN is our Fig mead with Wildflower Honey, Madagascar Vanilla beans and Aged on Oak Spirals. We've tried in the past with Blind Lights out to create our interpretation of a Barleywine like mead, and NN is our most recent attempt. Made with a blend of honey, the opening is definitely fruit forward with notes of date, fig, raisin, and dried cherry. The Oak spirals add structure and a bit of needed tannin throughout, while the vanilla is more to smooth
