Honduras Sagastume Family NaturalThis is a relationship coffee we have formed over the last four seasons of sourcing in Santa Barbara. Kilverth and Adan Sagastume (a father and son duo) both produce stellar micro lots of natural processed Parainema. This season, we blended their lots to form a family blend, reminiscent in the cup of heavy red fruits like cherry and fermented sherry.
